It is EMMAY’s policy to; Assign accountability measures to employees including all management levels. Set measurable QHSE objectives and targets to continually improve our performance. Understand and comply with applicable compliance obligations (legal & other requirements). Apply systematic and measurable approach to monitor & continually improve our QHSE Management system performance. Implement organized training programs and monitor its effectiveness and seek opportunities for competence enhancement of all stakeholders. Take lead in controlling and mitigating potential risks associated with people, land, air, ecology and assets. Maintain & Communicate this policy to interested parties and encourage to participate in QHSE performance improvement initiatives and periodically review this policy. Ensure consultation & participation of workers in developments, planning, implementation, performance evaluation & actions for improvement of QHSE Management system. To provide safe & healthy working environment for the prevention of work-related injury & ill health. We believe that all accidents can be prevented.
