220 KV Control and Protection Project Panel Wiring Diagrams

The job included preparation of AC and DC schematic and wiring diagrams for a number of 220 KV panels proposed to be installed at  different 220 KW WAPDA Grid Stations
Their preparation necessitated study of :   

• he 220 KV Bus bar arrangement at Grid Stations on which these controlling panels were to be installed
• The type and characteristic of protective gear to be installed
• The provision for interlocking/ inter tripping and auto-reclosing provided at different panels
• The wiring diagram of each protective gear/auto-reclosing/tripping relay to be installed on the panels   

 Note : The job was discontinued later on due to privatization of Pakistan Switchgear Ltd.
