- Development a plan for academic/non/academic management and technical training for Provincial Irrigation Departments and WAPDA.
- Recommended appropriate levels of Training for GoP officials for non formals / in-service management training.
- Development a detailed program for technical training to improve heavy equipment maintenance of PIDs(emphasis on vocational training for equipment operators and machines).
- Assisted in preparation of an management of information system for ISM Visits were made to the 4 provinces to obtain the views of various PIDs.
- Workshops Improvements with sealed layouts.
- Consolidated spares list made.
- Worked out a system for centralized multi provision of procurement of spares for the four provinces.
