Development of the above gas field was undertaken by OGDC as a first priority inn their program of exploration, drilling and production of Oil and Gas in Pakistan. As the area involved is very large and numerous projects were contemplated, EMMAY were required by NDFC to carry out an appraisal of these developments and submit a report containing a suitable techno-financial proposal to enable NDFC to structure a financing package for OGDC.
