Work Involved Includes
- Setting up of a pilot chrome recovery plant
- Selecting suitable site for solid waste disposal
- Improving tanneries internal housekeeping to usage of water and chemical.
- Setting up of an information Center with international links .
- Establishing manning levels with positions descriptions.
- Proving a Finance manual with chart of account
- Setting up an analytical laboratory
- Establishing for specifications for item required to be purchased water meter through international tender
- Working out ways and means to generate revenues through service provided to member(tanners) of CPC
- To hold Workshop with visit to tanners for hands on training
- To provide managerial to inputs all the above
- To liaise with DNV (Norwegian Consultants) who are providing direct inputs to tanners.
