This is an ILO/UNDP aided survey. The sample includes 3000 passouts, 50 institute and 50 end users. Tracer survey is part of the assignment. Major emphasis was to assess competency of teachers, curriculum, training deficiencies/needs, teacher career development, training practices, supervision, skill development, employability and institution building and to recommend policy decisions for improvement. |
