EMMAY was assigned the task of evaluating the WB funded Program TA 1 involving 42 sub projects by foreign and local Consultants covering several sectors including Planning, Industry, Energy , Power, Agriculture & Water. The sub Projects related to The structural Adjustments Program of GoP. The output from this Evaluation was to form an input into TA 3. Evaluation of technical Assistance Project Cell (TAPC) was also Carried out with respect to organization , procedures, staffing etc With the recommendations for improving its overall efficiency. Finally the evaluations also touch upon the effect of the TA Programs the local cosultancy. |
