Term of References
- To study the scope of work of SEPCO and suggest its development phases, objectives, measure required to achieve these objectives, its financial impact for each phase including raising sources of funds and organizational set up.
- To suggest new strategy and corporate objectives of SEC in the phase of privatization of public sector, thereby proposing work for promoting joint ventures in the specific areas with the local and foreign private repreneur.
- To study the role and existing working relationship between SEC and its units I n the light of corporate objectives of these organizations.
- To identifies areas where SEC can help and monitor its unit to improve their performance, including areas seen as technical, commercial, financial and MIS etc.
- To determine the boundaries of operational freedom linked with the targets envisaged by SEC and its units.
