EMMAY is worked as a sub contractor and consultant on an $30 Million consulting assignment . EMMAY put in about 25% of the Pakistan effort which is 50-70% of the total and was responsible for institution Building training and Financial/Commercial Aspects and the logistic trail, including Procurement and inventory control and computerization
- Prepared the HQs institutional reorganization plan for power Distribution wing and laid down requirements for ensuring implementations of accepted recommendations.
- Management analysis and planning was done a part of writing reports on the power distribution organization of wapda
- Involve in the initial planning of MIS as part of the management service staff function.
- Financial analysis carried out determined the financial position of power wing.
- Financial audit conducted to highlight deficiencies in accounting & financial functions.
- Re-modeled the financials statements to bring them in line with those of American Electric Power Corpn.
- Computed the tariff cost of service chargeable to different categories of customers.
- Although not involved in the initial project design, but as work processed, provided inputs to modify the same considerably.
- Fully involved in the administrative & institutions analysis as well as reports resulting from the analysis.
- Questioners were prepared to formulate Model Divisions Reorganizations.
- Produced the model division Reorganization plan for Muridke and sheikhupura Divisions.
- Prepared institutional and financial reports.
- Project management & monitoring – Prepared all the initial functions Gantt Charts interrelationships.
- Level of effort problems, time Horizon problems , coordinative problems with WAPDA at highest level were also taken care of.
- In the course of the assignment had several dialogues with member (Power) of WAPDA with the federal Ministry.
