A Study  of the Accounting systems of CDA was carried out.

Recommendations on Improving the Accounting  System were implemented by CDA. Major areas of CDA included in the study were                 

• Work Accounting
• Estate Management
• Payroll
• Stores Accounting
• Payments
• Financial Reporting
• Budgeting & budgetary Control
• Auditing & Training.

The requirements of the Auditor- General formed part of EMMAY’s investigations.
