Total Quality Management Approach for Diagnosing Organizational Performance

EMMAY conducted these first ever seminar held in Pakistan. Dr Orion White a TQM specialist from USA termed it a new beginning for Quality Control in Pakistan(long before ISO was heard of in Pakistan) Seminars were held in Karachi, Islamabad, Lahore and Muree. Workshops were organized in Karachi on Training of Trainers, Diagnosing Organizational performance/ total Quality Management and Consulting skills. The workshop were a critical part of USAID’s objectives to create a mass Of management trainers professionally qualified to be involved in Planning , development and implementation of Pakistan’s social priority & economic development programs. EMMAY has thus played a pioneering role in the quality movement In Pakistan.
