The already designed programme for the ToT training by GTZ was Modified for the Pakistani environment. Micro teaching was also included in course, using the latest video a Cassette TV camera system. After conducting the experimental Tot programme modified Manuals have been prepared to enable WAPDA to carry on ToT independently. |
