Analyzed existing problems , recommended shifting of Railway Board to Islamabad and appointment of one or more General Managers in Lahore. Analyzed technical aspects of Pakistan Railways, made concerning Locomotives, length of rakes etc. Examined various scenarios to determine self-financing required To help Pakistan Railways to become solvent. EMMAY recommendations formed inputs into the 12th Railway Project Loan. The recommended reorganizations was partly implemented. |
