40+ years industry experience including Exxon Chemicals and management consultancy experience with USAID, CIDA and UNIDO. Have worked on industry analysis and system flow charts and submitted self-developed procedures aimed at improving organizational efficiency. Academic experience relates to establishing a Management Studies Department in the University sector and publishing research as well as teaching several subjects at the MBA, MPhil and PhD level at Leeds Metropolitan University, University of Reading and International American University in the UK; Government College University and LUMS in Pakistan and Utara University Malaysia. Have analyzed recent management models against real life business situations. Research interests are multidisciplinary approaches to management practices, systems, and strategy as practiced historically till the present day.
