40+ years working experience in teaching and research. Has a Master's Degree in Education from Harvard University and a Ph.D. in Psychology from University College, London. Has served on the committee of Vocational Education of Women, Research committee of Family Planning Association, a Founder Member of the Pakistan Women’s Institute, an ex-president of the Soroptmist International Club, represented them at its convention at Edinburgh in 1982. She has attended and contributed to a number of Nation and International conferences and seminars and has contributed professional articles in industrial psychology, management, social issues, education, women and children development. She is on the board of governors of several professional institutes.
